Modular Stage
In March 2017 we invested £4.5k in a lightweight modular stage. The new stage was a huge improvement on the old one as it is now possible for only one person to erect it in half the time it took to put up the old one! The clever design can take far more weight compared to previous and it looks good too!
Ever mindful of the environment, we were able to re-use the old trolley and several of the old boards; the rest of the old stage was re-cycled. Speak to the office if you would like the stage for your event and at £20 per hiring it is very good value for money!
Mats
Blue or yellow? These are the colours of the large, 1 metre square, 4cm thick, reversible jigsaw mats available for hire – perfect for toddler soft play, yoga, pilates or martial arts.
We have enough mats to almost cover the entire floor of the Kings’ Hall. The mats can be hired at a cost of £4 regardless of the number used – the only catch is that you have to put then down and pick them up yourself. Think of it as part of your exercise regime!
P.A. System
Our 15 inch speaker equipped P.A. System can power your presentation, conference or party.
With Bluetooth connectivity it’s ideal for tablet/phone playlists. Or hardwire your device using the mini-jack and phono ports
Want to give a running commentary? The system comes with two wireless microphones that automatically lower your background music so you can be heard.
Available to hire at £30 per session/event.
Urns
Fancy a cuppa? We can tailor a package for refreshments for any number, in any room. To hire one of our urns for free – you just have to supply the mugs or cups plus the makings for tea or coffee. Don’t have enough cups? We can supply trays of mugs (more popular than cups) to help you out. If you wash these up after your cuppa, we won’t even charge you for the privilege. Afraid of dishpan hands? We will wash up for you but we make a charge of £5 – or we can go the whole way to save you the trouble. We provide everything for less than 10 people for £10 or more than 10 the cost will be £15 up to a maximum of 20. If there are more than 20 then please ask for costings.
Flipchart and Paper
Make a visible impression by hiring our flipchart, complete with A2 paper, for your next meeting.
We make a nominal charge of £5 for this service, which helps us to replenish the paper!
TV
Need to show some instructional material, run a training session or show off those embarrassing photos of your loved ones at an event?
Our 65 inch 4K television will fit the bill at only £30 per session to hire.
Its WiFi connection and HDMI slots let you connect your devices easily. We also have a dedicated laptop for use should you need it.
It’s highly recomended that you arrange a test session with our staff ahead of your event to make sure things run smoothly on the day.
